BUILD STORE SCAME DON'T GET VICTIM TO THEY UNKNOWM SHEME

the worse self build mortgage broker in the world here in uk in west lothian scotland called build store

Build store self build mortgage broker they do arrange self build mortgage all what they do care about is taking as much money as they can from you and if you needs help they answer ???

in recent complaint against them to the financial ombudsman which is now a court case they have arrange a self build mortgage through skipton building society when the applicant get all the necerry planing permision they ask for £500 to renew the mortgage offer why take it or leave ,they unkown insurance policy for statge payment release has no time limit and no one have ever seen this policy however they do claim it is valid for 3 year in some cases they will claim it is valid for 2 years it is all depend about the lender if they do have funding problem they the policy may be expired and can not be renewed ,however when they claim the policy was for 3 years and charge aanother fee of £500 for renewing the policy they claim it valid for unlimited time until the building is completed when the lender has no fund and plaining permission hasn't been completed build store has claim the policy is vaild for another 3 years and when all the paper work has been done they claim the policy has expired and can't be renewed and they have nothing to do with you any more simply get lost,so all what you did paid to them has gone and all the money they received you have just lost it ,

would the financial ombudsman care would it be enough to complaint to the financial ombudsma for sure it is not legal aciton need to be taken
