for sure this kind of taxis that west LOTHIAN council asking for will cost at least £25.000 the drivers they already renting a taxi plate will never manage to pay all of this money simply because they can't afford it but sure the big boy who earn a tax free £50.000 easily well be able to buy 20 or maybe even 50 and after one year the council will says there is too many taxis on the road as there no one sent the rented taxis plate back obviously they keep renting a plate as non of them will be able to pay £25.000

I hope this news is not true and i hope that was just one of the taxis driver who renting a taxi plat a nightmare which will end as soon as he walk up in the morning also i am worried that he wake up too late after 5.00 pm and i am afraid the council will be closed

taxi plate will be open next year in jan/feb 2010 with far much more restrict policy such as the age of the vehicle, the disable access has to be from the side door

my warning here is for both taxi drivers whose been waiting very long to see they dreams come true and also west LOTH IAN council
